200 Monges Reserva is a wine made by the Bodega Vinícola Real under the D.O. Rioja.
It is a coupage of the Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%) and Garnacha (5%) varieties from old vineyards.
Manually harvest , and the grapes are transferred to the winery in small boxes of 15 kg. of capacity, treating it with the utmost care so no grain is broken.
Destemming is carried out before fermentation, which takes place in "Allier" wooden vats for 11 days at a temperature between 24 and 28ºC. It is kept on the skins for another 25 days, which provides noble tannins that give the wine a strong color that will last for a long time.
Daily pump-overs are applied three times a day, as well as periodic racking.
Aging is carried out for 24 months in new French and American oak barrels in a cellar dug into the rock that keeps both temperature and humidity constant.
After aging in barrels, it rests in a tank for a few days before bottling, where it will spend a minimum of 15-16 months in the bottle before going on the market.

Aalto is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by the Aalto winery. This wine is a monovarietal Tinto Fino.
The grapes used to obtain Aalto come from very old vines, between 40 and 80 years old, and young vines. All of them come from two of their own vineyards and others distributed among seven different towns in Ribera del Duero.
The harvest, which takes place in October, is done manually. The berries are transported in 15-kilo boxes to the winery, in order to prevent the grapes from breaking and losing their freshness.
The clusters are carefully chosen afterwards on a selection table.
After the various production processes, Aalto ferments and ages for 20 months in new and semi-new French and American oak barrels.
Aalto has a very good evolution in the bottle and can be consumed in the next 15-20 years. It is recommended to decant it so that it can be enjoyed in the best conditions.
Aalto is a wine that has great recognition nationally and internationally. This is corroborated by the various awards obtained and the high scores in the most prestigious rankings.

Louro is a white wine from the D.O. Valdeorras produced by Rafael Palacios. This wine is a coupage of Godello (92%) and Treixadura (8%).
the grapes of this vineyards used, are from arranged in small plots located on terraces on deep slopes of the Bibei Valley. The soils, made of crumbled granite, are not very productive, which means that the quality is optimal.
The selection of the bunches is done plot by plot in the first place and later on the selection table.
Alcoholic fermentation occurs in 300-liter French oak foudres and 500-liter barrels, where Louro ages in contact with its lees for a period of four months.
